Douglas Feldman, ASID, AIA, Green AP, CAPS, RID is the Creative Director/ Principle of Feldman Design Studio, an award-winning firm has clients throughout the United States. The firm offers interior design services for residential, commercial, corporate, K-12 educational and municipal clientele.
Feldman Design Studio has received numerous ASID, IIDA, Consumer Choice Interior Design Awards in Contemporary & Traditional Design, Municipal Design, K-12 Design, Commercial & Contract Design, Kitchen Design, Sustainable Design and Product Design. The firm was awarded the Crestron Electronics "Integration through Design Award".
Douglas received an MFA in scenic design and art direction from NYU. He began his theatrical design career in New York as a union scenic designer and art director for clients including Mattel, The Democratic National Committee, and Ford Motor Company, as well as multiple Broadway productions, and television networks prior to focusing on Interior Design.
In addition to sitting on numerous boards, Douglas served as President of Interior Design Associations Foundation. He also served as a leader on the ASID Chapter Support Team Committee working with the Midwest ASID Chapters. Currently Douglas is the chairperson of the ASID AxD, Outreach & Engagement committee and serves on the AxD Council ExCom committee.

I’m Megan, owner and designer of Megan Vukich Interior Design, wife to Trent, arguably the world’s most supportive husband, and mom of two amazing kids that center my world. I am a minimalist at heart, and feel the most happy and free when we are traveling and living out of our RV, immersed in the unimaginable beauty of the natural environment. I am so inspired by nature and love to bring organic elements into my designs.
For some time now I’ve felt like a creator stuck in a dental hygienist’s body—no joke, I have my RDH license and have practiced dental hygiene for over 10 years. I felt like I was missing the opportunity for imagination and creation that I was longing for. So, I began envisioning my own home in new ways. I began transforming my own spaces. I soon had friends, family, and neighbors asking me to help them with their homes. That is when I realized my passion for helping others with their vision, and taking it from just an idea to their reality. I am extremely attentive to details—remember, I cleaned microscopic bacteria from under the gumline with tiny instruments and my routine unit of measurement was in millimeters—and the best design is often found in the smallest details.
I believe beauty is a positive force. Immersing yourself amongst things that you love and have meaning and purpose will influence your emotions and your state of mind in a positive way. I have experienced and witnessed this first hand. I also believe that this is attainable for anyone who desires it!
